This project began with a simple request for a Sunroom off the rear of the house. As the owners and I got talking, it turned out that there was much more on their minds for an upgrade, and the simple Sunroom morphed into a major redo of this 1940s Colonial Style House. We added a second story above the Garage for two new Bedrooms and a Bathroom, and added a new Living Room and Master Bedroom to the right. The rear of the house wasn’t neglected either, and the entire property was re-landscaped.
