This is a small "bump-out" on the exterior that makes a big difference on the interior of this house, while at the same time providing a place to conceal the air conditioning compressors underneath. The interior space is used as a Breakfast Room, which is directly off the new Kitchen. The windows and skylight flood this small space with morning light.
